Adds a tailoring section to the workbench that allows you to upgrade Linen -> Shadoweave -> Cindercloth
Description
Shadoweave has been notoriously hard to find on our server, so I'm adding a tailoring section to the workbench that allows for upgrading cloth.
(Note, this also moved the backpack upgrade here since it felt appropriate)
