Heavily, crazily inspired by the Terraria equivilant of this mod.
Use /skeleton <player> to spook a player at any time
Mostly incompatible with other UI mods, especially with MultipleHUD installed.
I'll probably make a fix eventually, but college is hard
(it does work with the foxy jumpscare mod, though)
