Adds a recipe to convert Chalk to Rock Salt so you can actually obtain it in a reasonable amount of time

Salt seems to be a hot commodity in Orbis, and there are very few ways to get it legitimately. So, here is a recipe that sort of makes sense! Simply throw Chalk into to Furnace and turn it on. Eventually, it beomes Rock Salt, and you can finally make those Ceasar Salads.
