With Alec's Animal Husbandry!, the variant skins metadata will carry onto offspring, so you can breed for a specific appearance.

Celly's Baby Animals is released! It adds baby versions of animals not implemented in Hytale base game, for use with Alec's Animal Husbandry to breed tamed wildlife, and retain the appearance data from their genetics as they grow up!
