I converted the mod to work with Lalyan Cosmetic Core, now you can have your cosmetics on while having armor on through the Lalyan Cosmetic Core mod, you'll need to do /cosmetic change to access a GUI and you can find the ears and snouts in the ears section and for now you can find the tails in the socks section.

I am looking into utilizing a tail category with the developers of the cosmetic mod!
