Blocchio 0.5.4 — Hotfix

### Fixed
Mod failed to start on Hytale server 0.6.x. The manifest pinned an exact server
version, so the plugin was rejected at load time. It now targets the full 0.6.x
range and no longer needs a manifest bump for every server patch.
Verified against server 0.6.1, 0.6.2 and 0.6.3.

Updated to the reworked 0.6 server API: command permission handling, block
component entity lookup, and block rotation reads.

### Changed
MultipleHUD is no longer a dependency. The HUD is now attached through the
vanilla HUD manager. This is transparent — the HUD looks and behaves exactly as
before, you just don't need MultipleHUD installed anymore.

### Notes
No configuration changes required. Replace the old jar and restart the server.
Requires Hytale server 0.6.0 or newer.
