Current Content

Early Access Notice

This mod is currently in its foundational stage (v0.1.0). The core systems are functional but content is limited. Current features include:

  • Basic XP gain from combat
  • Level progression with HUD display
  • Quest XP rewards
  • Player data persistence

What's NOT included yet: skill trees, classes, abilities, loot systems, dungeons, or extensive quest content besides a tutorial.

Roadmap

This mod is the foundation for a full Adventure RPG system. Planned features include:

  • Skills & Abilities - Unlock and upgrade combat skills
  • Character Classes - Choose your playstyle
  • Equipment Scaling - Weapon and armor progression tied to levels
  • Custom Quests - Expanded quest content with story elements
  • Party System - Group up with friends for shared XP
  • Dungeons & Bosses - Challenging PvE content

Development is ongoing. Follow for updates as we expand the system.

Installation

  1. Download the JAR file
  2. Place in your server's mods/ folder
  3. Restart your server

Requirements:

  • Hytale Server v2026.01.13-dcad8778f (release) or compatible
  • Optional: Hytale:Objectives plugin for quest integration

For Server Operators

Configuration options available in config.json. The mod uses JSON-based player storage by default—suitable for small to medium servers.
