Arcanist's Warp Book

Fixes:

• Display particle animation when teleporting out of render distance
• Head Pitch is now normalized at 0
• Unique mod prefix on assets

Enhancements:

• Warp Book is now crafted using Cobalt instead of Thorium
• Don't show world name in warp book UI

New Features:

• Ancient Warp Pages can be found throughout structure chests which lead to random locations throughout the world
