[!] SECURITY PATCH: PERMISSION LOCKDOWN
    + FIXED: Command Vulnerability.
      The `/aquathirst set` command was previously accessible to non-operators. 
      It is now strictly restricted to OP/Admin permissions, closing a potential 
      exploit gap.

[#] SYSTEM STABILITY & BUG FIXES
    + FIXED: Log Hygiene. Cleared console spam caused by minor non-critical errors.
    + FIXED: UI State Glitch. The "Rustic Canteen" preview no longer gets stuck 
      on the screen after usage.

>> NEW FEATURE: VISUAL CONFIGURATION DASHBOARD
   + Commands: `/aquahungerconfig` & `/aquathirstconfig`
   + Function: Complete In-Game Settings Manager.
   + Details: 
     - Opens a beautiful, intuitive UI to modify mod settings.
     - HOVER TOOLTIPS: Mouse over any option to see a detailed summary of what it does.
     - No need to access server files manually!
   + Note: Changes apply instantly, but a server restart is recommended for optimal stability.

    + CORREGIDO: Vulnerabilidad de Comandos.
      El comando `/aquathirst set` era accesible para usuarios sin rango. 
      Ahora está estrictamente restringido a permisos OP/Admin, cerrando una brecha de seguridad.

[#] ESTABILIDAD DEL SISTEMA Y CORRECCIONES
    + CORREGIDO: Higiene de Logs. Eliminados errores menores que spameaban la consola.
    + CORREGIDO: Glitch de UI. La previsualización de la "Cantimplora Rústica" ya no 
      se queda pegada en la pantalla tras su uso.

   + Función: Gestor de Ajustes Completo In-Game.
   + Detalles: 
     - Abre una interfaz bonita e intuitiva para modificar el mod.
     - TOOLTIPS INTELIGENTES: Pasa el mouse sobre cualquier opción para leer un resumen de su función.
     - ¡Ya no necesitas editar archivos en la carpeta del servidor!
