Server/Telemetry/project.json, updated it to the current stats descriptor schema, and removed dev endpoint overrides so Alec's Telemetry uses its default hosted endpoint. - Documented the Tamework-authoritative managed-coop boundary, legacy-resident reconcile flow, and the intentional parity/differences between vanilla and managed chicken-coop assets.
