Better Trains

This mod requires Bob's Tall Tales in order to craft or unlock. Adds a new train engine and tracks with many new features such as more speed options and added lights.
What's new
Fixed an issue where the better train car was not able to be crafted in the smithy.
removed engrams from appearing in the player inventory after it was unlocked.
Adjusted the max turn angle and range for the connector track.
