This mod will not be updated, you can add whatever you need by making your own internal NEI plugin, and using NEI API. I don't know of any proper documentation but you can use my source code as a reference for whatever you want to do.
Hey Bdew, I don't know If this is a problem with forestry or with your mod, but the "Magic Bees" combs, like the Endearing Comb, won't appear on the list of items, and we need it for the wiki so we can add the icons to the tilesheets, can you please tell me how to get NEI to display those items? (they aren't displayed as a "Forestry for Minecraft" mod, but as a "Magic Bees" mod item.
Been a while since I played MC, are the Renaissance Bees etc (Classical Branch) gone? I can't find them in NEI with this Addon, binnie patcher, binnies mods and forestry 4+ EDIT: I found the marble hive, but when i scoop that, no bees fall out.

So ye, really been out of the loop ;) Loved those bees tho.. and all the wikis are so insanely outdated unfortunately too.
So I have the exact version of NEI, Code Chicken core, neiaddons, neiintegration that are currently on FTB infinity evolved and am trying to use them on a custom mod pack. When ever I attempt to shift click the question mark from NEI into the pattern interface nothing happens. It won't even work with vanilla blocks. It will only work if I actually have the items in my ME system. I would appreciate a bit of assistance as I can't find much documentation about an issue like this online. And this is a single player world.
That's how AE2 works, the NEI handler is part of the mod itself, nothing to do with NEI Addons.
The description here is outdated and refers to how it worked with AE1, i will update it when i get the chance.
I have a different mod that adds a new Pattern Encoder block that can work with NEI without having the items in your ME storage, but it can't work with the normal pattern terminal. http://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/ae2-stuff

Found an bug where i can't use [?] crafting or even use it for the overlay feature on Tconstruct crafting stations, but it works fine with vanilla crafting tables. Keep up the good work!
