Added a feature requested by Github user Urliq. Thanks for the suggestion!

Session stats will now track the amount of gold each player owes to the guild bank as a result of the current session. This should make it easier for players to pay the guild bank at the end of a session instead of having to do it after every roll.

All-time stats will still only report the total house winnings (ie. not on a per-player level).

It should be noted that session stats are wiped if the Dealer re-logs or reloads the addon, so make sure to post your session results before reloading!
