New(ish) features:
Now includes German language text. There are still some text that need to be translated, and some of the grammar will need improving.

Bug fixes:
The TomTom arrow could end up pointing to the wrong location.

On German language clients, the addon will sometimes swap between the English language version of location names (zones, sub-zones) and the German language version.
