Final fixes for Cross Realm support.
 - Fixed invites - InviteUnit does not support Name-Realm for your own realm still so needed to ensure this was using the correct name
 - Fixed Loot distro, same issue as above. the name used for your own realm vs cross realm differs so now we allow for this.
