 - promote checks now scheduled for every 10 seconds to reduce the chances of too many group actions errors (untested at this stage)

 - Added New Menu Format (can be overridden (see below)
 - Added an option to view Old School Loot Menus (this also enables/disables adding data into this old school data (the lootDKPItems data). This will disable by default, so if you use the old loot format go into the options > settings and enable.
 - Added a new button under options to Clear Old School Loot data (includes deletion of Archive)
 - Ensures DKP List (raiders etc) is cleared when importing DKP data from TransferDKP addon.
 - Added a new option to provide CSV of raiders you want auto promoted (eg Tanks for marking etc).
