Corrected startup bug due to not updating trashcan.xml in previous commit.  Have now completely removed it.  Also changed "Clear History" to also clear the count of items destroyed and sold, not only the value.

Updated event handling code. The former version had a bug which had not been seen or reported, but was there. Replaced with a newer version I developed for another addon.
