- Reimplemented lost bug fix for empty trash list lockup in GUI
- Minor improvements to GUI and command line text, commands, and tooltips
- Changed default settings to be more likely what the user will want when they enable TC
- Changes to the delete_confirm popup are not removed when destroying is disabled.  Seems more logical this way.

Extensive testing of the alpha revealed several bugs:

- An empty trash list could cause screen lockup when opening gui list
- Removing the last item in the trash list would not update the gui list
- Modifying TC options from the command line with the gui open didn't cause gui refresh
- Previous alpha had a regression that caused TC not to disable correctly with /tc off
- Adding items to the trash list through the gui could cause those items to be deleted even if TC was not enabled
