TradeShout (English)

1. Rewrote some of the lines of code to sound more clear and also fixed some lines concerning player A trading items to player B while both players have items in the trade screen.

Also rewrote some lines concerning the layering bug that would randomly close the trade window; since layering was removed (until further notice) I have removed the lines that contained this error.

To-do: add /say and /rw commands to the existing notifications.
