Requires Fishing Buddy.

Displays your current fishing level, along with the zone level, and your chance to catch a fish. If you are not at the maximum fishing skill, an approximate number of casts until your next skill point is also displayed. Clicking on the icon will switch your fishing gear and a right-click will let you set Fishing Buddy options.
