Titan Panel [Equipped Item Level]

Patch 1.1.0.40200:

• Players equipped item level is now correctly show in the players stats at login.
• Added the option to show one decimal in the total equipped item level for both player and mouse over target (tooltip)
• Added the option to show the targets (mouse over) equipped items in the tooltip. Item can be shown/hidden from the add on's menu. The item name (coloured in the items rarity colour) and item level is shown in the tooltip for the selected items.

Patch 1.0.2.40200:

• Fixed a bug that caused the players own equipped item level to be set to the mouseover players equipped item level.
• Changed local variables ItemLevel to myItemLevel, HeirloomCount to myHeirloomCount, PVPCount to myPVPCount.
• Added new local variables myItemLevel, myHeirloomCount, myPVPCount.

Patch 1.0.1.40200:

• Removed the load message.
• Fixed a bug that cause an error in the Blizzard InspectGuildFrame.lua. Added ClearInspectPlayer("mouseover");
• Fixed a bug that caused the general stat #Equipped Item Level" to be added each time the player was teleported to a new area.
