New features:
- Added a "glow" to the action bar abilities when they need to be recast. This can be turned off in the settings page.
- Added a new setting to take spell travel time into account when calculating refresh timers. I.e. you'll get another 1-2s heads up something like Haunt is about to expire using this setting.

Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug where soul swap messed up the re-cast logic.
