SpellFlash: Rogue

Version 5.1 Release.

Still only Subtlety.
Fixed Spell Priorities so everything isnt flashing at once.
Fixed Vanish. Now it Shouldnt flash while in stealth or shadow Dance
Fixed Prep, Will now flash unless vanish has more than 15 seconds left on cooldown

Added Cloak of Shadows (flashes when you get debuffed)
Added Kick! Kick will now flash when target is casting.

Version 5.03 Beta.

Fixed Recuperation and shiv. Both will flash when player under 80% hps

Fixed Prep bug; Preparation wont flash if vanish isnt on cooldown. Shadow Dance and Vanish wont flash if you are stealthed
