BUGFIX: Fixed ConfigMode: Thanks Greltok.

BUGFIX: 5.3 fixed the combatlog out of order issue that was broken in 5.2 with SPELL_DISPELL, SPELL_AURA_BROKEN, and SPELL_AURA_BROKEN_SPELL. Fixed so that the code is now back the way it was for 5.1. Fixes ticket 13.
