    Redesign paragon reward display

    - Add dedicated paragon icon column on the left side. Display icon here for pending rewards.
    - Bubble paragon icon up to folded headers when children have pending rewards, making them easier to find.
    - Bar mode: show "Paragon <icon>" text, keeping the bar display.
    - Text mode: show "Reward Available" in standing column

    - Fixed paragon reps showing when the parent is hidden.
    - Fixed exalted reps that are also headers being hidden when hide exalted is on.
