Serious Help In Timing

v1.11 - Cleaned up the suggestion code to take into account the realtime gcd. There should be less jumping between abilities mid-gcd now. Also redid the Avenging Wrath indicator to now show the cooldown on the icon and stay up at all times.

v1.1 - Added a check for Heroism as well as Bloodlust.

v1.0 - Conversion from Face Mauler code complete. Current version does not check if Exorcism is usable on target and will recommend it on non-undead mobs. This will not change with the majority of raid content currently being undead and Exorcism being changed to be usable on all targets next patch.
