Complete re-write of the mod for the most part.
- No longer needs an internal database of mounts so -all- mounts past, present and future will work right from the start.
- Now support Druid's Aquatic Form when underwater
- Now detects when you are submerged under water vs being on the surface and will summon an appropriate mount (most notable in Vashj'ir)
- Can now toggle most mounts to be eligible when flying or on the ground independently (you can now add 'flying' mounts to your ground mount choices)
- Added toggle all mounts buttons to the UI
- NOTE: You will need to redo your mount settings after install, all previous settings (except the mount hotkey) have been reset.
