Icon is changed for slots that has no runes discovered in the category (No more annoying flashing red cross yay)
Runes that are learned from item now will (likely) properly update
Tooltips are re-anchored not to overlap other ui elements in default UI layout. This change is temporary and will be revisited in next versions
