Decor/Housing items

Decor items are now ignored until confirmed tradeable.

Added an option to enable group looting them - disabled by default.

Ignore options

Removed ignore options for retail version as it haven't served a real purpose since the introduction of group loot. Let me know if you really require a group loot ignore option.
