Bug Fixes

Correctly mark Path of Frost as having no duration.

Path of Frost will prompt while mounted and swimming at the same time.

Features

Water Breathing, Water Walking, and Unending Breath are all now "while swimming".

Added a timeout for "while swimming" buffs so they'll still show while you're jumping across water a bit better.

Added "Aquatic Form (while swimming)" for druids.

Buff buttons will now hide when piloting vehicles.

Merged all versions of Mana Gems and all versions of Healthstones into single buffs since these items are now unique.

Will no longer prompt for Blessing of Might when under the effects of Battle shout and vice versa.

Will no longer prompt for Blessing of Wisdom when under the effects of Mana Spring.
