Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where thorns would switch to thorns (tanks only) after being cast.
Fixed an edge case where user could switch to override the global refresh limit on a buff, but not set a limit, causing nil comparisons. A buff will now correctly copy the global refresh limit as it's default override.
Fixed an issue meeting the class buff threshold, without meeting the party buff threshold, would prompt for a party buff, and vice versa for class buffs.
