Improved labels and settings layout (plugin filter, Bloodlust, season raid, premade entry replacement, etc.), fixed tab bar gaps/overlap when the blocklist tab is hidden, moved sorting into the filter panel header, and reduced idle CPU use on the settings page. Added a custom addon-list icon and streamlined redundant settings headings.
