Added two more of the Torghast anima power mounts

New delayed init and spell/item name caching code to fix some issues where we could not get the name we needed; sometimes even after a previous call had succeeded (really blizz?). I'm suspecting there were a host of bugs in non english locales I wasn't aware of because of some lazy code I had written thinking those failures were only likely after cache deletions or major patches (in other words rarely, then reload ui and you're good - that does not seem to be the case).
