- So setting the timestamp from UNIT_AURA was a bad idea.  Just use
  UNIT_AURA to cleanup Burns that are removed out of range.

PitBull_Brutallus
  - TOC update adding version info and removing a duplicate line.
  - Clear the burn table on enable to avoid stale cached data.
  - Watch UNIT_AURA to pickup Burns removed out or range (e.g.
    someone hearthing to Shatt with it and the game removing it).
  - Avoid testing for debug state constantly and only do it at startup.

PitBull_Brutallus: Initial commit, highlights players healthbar from light orange to red depending on how much damage Burn is doing.
