Reverted back to 5.1 code for SPELL_DISPEL announcement. The bug with the 5.2 combatlog has been fixed in 5.3.

Updated TOC. No longer print a chat message that you are missing the other Kings/Might buff when solo and buffed with one of them from yourself. The on screen warning was already disabled in this case, but a message still was displayed in the chat window, but not anymore.

Now using MapID instead of needing localized names for Wintergrasp/Tol Barad, now the PvP Zone functionality works in any language without translation.
