ummmm, still working on J key paladin blessings, still seem to be causing few issues that i can't put my finger on

ooooo ! my first GUI release, earth shield and sacred shield show up on a icon located at the center of the screen, it can be dragged around, i haven't added code to record its location yet, so each time you restart the game is relocates to the center....
it shows duration of sacred shield and number of charges for earth shield ; if you have neither of theses skills it currently hides itself

i recently learned that blessing of wisdom does not always override mana totem, something ill have to fix later
