    - -Added the ability to disable red screen flash on mob alert. (ticket 36)
    - -Updated DB version check to only update custom NPC's and not completely reset the saved variables whenever the DB version increased
    - -Changed alert sound setting from per character to account wide. -Changed default sound to standard hunter's horn sound -Renamed old default horn & drum sound to Classic NPCScan.

    - -Updated NPCScan.AutoAdd incompatibility warning to detect 2.1 from 1.5.
