- Getting garrison nodes to blink in 1.4.2 introduced a logic error that caused nodes outside the garrison to not blink.  This has (again, hopefully) been corrected.

- Updated texture to make resource nodes even more obvious compared to hunter tracking of neutral mobs

Garrison herb nodes don't show for characters not actively tracking herbs.
Blizzard's Icons are still showing, for some reason.
