- Stopped using CombatLog_String_PowerType since apparently the blizzard ui doesn't always set it up the way NTK wants. Wrote my own version instead
- If a bar had been configured with a number that wasn't a known power type, NTK would generate LUA errors. This is now handled more gracefully
- Legion changed class power types, which isn't surprising. Rewrote the way the power types are known and which classes get which power types to be a bit more automagic going forward.
- Combo points are no longer a special power type; blizzard also saw fit to make them a regular power type!
- Added stagger as a special power type for monks. The bar max is the monk's max health, even though that's not actually the max stagger
- Based on the code I wrote for the power type stuff, I knew how to repair the old DK cooldown code. So I did!
- Shifted where the tooltip numbers are coming from again, now that I've had more examples to look at

Spell cooldown timers will no longer disappear when they become GCD limited (if there was 1s left and you begin a 1.2s GCD, the bar would disappear before.) This logic has then been extended to cover DK rune cooldowns (if you had a spell which required runes, but the runes had a longer cooldown than the spell had remaining, the bar would display the cooldown for the runes.)

- The second texture gets image and color updated the same time the primary one does, meaning it will update without a /reload

* The experimental power bar is experimental.
* Due to an API change in 6.0.2, NTK can no longer easily tell if a spell cost runes and thus enable the rune-specific cooldown logic. This means that cooldown bars for rune-based spells like Chains of Ice will trigger when the rune is on cooldown (just like the action bar buttons do.)
