Nameplate Interrupts

Update — RL/Raid Assist: Assign Interrupt

Group leaders and raid leaders/assist can now right-click any enemy unit frame to assign interrupt responsibilities directly from the NPI menu.

• [NPI] Assign Interrupt entry appears in the right-click dropdown on TargetFrame and FocusFrame (works with both Blizzard and ElvUI unit frames)
• Players are grouped in the sub-menu by interrupt spell (e.g. Kick, Pummel, Counterspell)
• Click a player to mark them on that target; click again to unmark (toggle with checkmarks)
• Multi-assign: the sub-menu stays open after each click so you can assign multiple interrupters without reopening
• [No Addon] label shown in grey for group members who don't have NPI installed
• Icons assigned this way appear on the target's nameplate for everyone in the group running NPI
