• bugfix: workaround of "does not open Interfaceframe correct on first attempt"-bug makes the actions bars disappear. fixed that with another workaround

• Changed numbering from r# to v#, so it's version #, not release #
• fix: workaround to get Balance talents, need to find a better way
• fix: noBrainPlus Config remebers again if a Checkbox was checked

• noBrainShift now completely named noBrainPlus
• noBrainPlus and Mej layouts are now in the MoonTime folder. Old folders are empty now and will be gone in some future release
