• Changed numbering from r# to v#, so it's version #, not release #
• fix: workaround to get Balance talents, need to find a better way

• noBrainShift now completely named noBrainPlus
• noBrainPlus and Mej layouts are now in the MoonTime folder. Old folders are empty now and will be gone in some future release
• bugfix: if the old layout is gone or not known, no layout is set

• reload the ui or entering world with an error in a custom rotation will make it unchangeable. you have to delete the MoonTime.lua in WTF\Account\name\SavedVariables\ to fix this. working on a fix
