• Added Affliction and Demonology Warlock scripts.
• Fixes for Fury Warrior Rotation including adding missing buff definition and fixing spelling mistake for Siegebreaker talent.
• Added Pummel as interrupt for both Warrior specs.
• Modified trackerSummons to account for new Warlock Summons.
• Added trackerAzerite to give information on active Azerite traits and how many are active.  (Rotations have not been updated yet to make use of Azerite Traits, this will be done later.)
• Update nameplates so that the previous "In Combat" behaviour is extended to include any time you have an attackable target selected, this allows Precombat rotations to use actual enemy count, previously they always processed as single target.  (This is demonstrated in the Marksmanship Hunter rotation which will now show Aimed Shot on single target icon and Explosive Shot on the AOE icon if there is more than 2 enemies otherwise it shows Aimed Shot on the AOE icon as well.)
• Other code modifications and cleanup where needed for standardization, and code readiability.
