Major revision to add ilvl support.

Excentrik:
    - iLvl Support
    Major revision to support ilvl. Lots of changes to the code. It will
    probably need a thourough revision, but it should be working bug-free.
    - Tentative ilvl support
    Fixed most bugs. Cleared the code.
    - More bug fixes
    Enabling debug option. More ilvl check
    - First commit to test ilvl support
    Added support to show ilvl. It uses LibInspect and due to Blizz
    limitation it may take some time to show.
    Removed legacy support for XLoot, which means it will require a
    "compatibility check" with that addon.
