Bugs Fixes:

• Resolved issue with Raid Warning output not coming up or sporadic based upon quantities looted.
• Resolved Enable Toast issue:  Enable Toasts can now be used to show up in the lower right corner of the screen like before as a Noteworthy Item Output Channel selected of the Notification section.
