Release 2.7

1. Added ability to allow for Raid Warnings on Lightwell Placed and Lightwell Faded.
   
2. When a raid warning occurs for light well faded, it will just do the raid warning and not a raid message also.
   
3. When light well is place it will Raid Warning the part that says "Lightwell Placed and the total charges", then it will raid message the rest.

1. Added new variable for the {Star} that would go in front of and after light well expiring or having all charges used up, so that the star will work in different locales.
   
2. Fixed the variable that was being used when light well charges where being all used up from the light well expiration variable to the proper light well charges used variable. - Thanks to vsaR1SK for pointing both of these issues out.

1. Fixed a error that was being caused when addon whispered a user with the charges remaining. When i switched over from a local table to a global table missed two lines and they where still trying to use the local table that no longer existed.
