Release 1.0.4

  1. Added Localization for French and German. By default it chooses your local and then chooses language based on that. Can be set to whatever local you want as long as its supported, through the Config file.
  2. Added code to stop the announcement of LightWell expiring, upon leaving party or raid.

  1. Fixed error that would prevent announcement in raid when chat type was set to default.

 - need to find a better way to caculate how many light-well charges left, because if someone double clicks LW, it wont show in combat log
 - change math formula for lower levels who do not have Holy special passive: Spirtual Healing(15% increase to heals)
 - add ability to stop announcment if in raid/party and you leave before lightwell expires.
 - add more zone Bosses for the lower level players
 - track who all used light-well and inform you who is failing to use light-well.(Probably better for 5 mans over raids)
