Kevin Ballard:
    - Add option to play a sound when the CtA roles change
    Add new interface option to select the sound file to play. This is
    played whenever a particular enabled role becomes available. It does not
    play if a new random type becomes available.
    
    The sound functionality uses LibSharedMedia to provide the list of
    sounds.

    - Give disabled roles a greyed-out look
    Grey out the icon used for disabled roles in the interface options.
    Grey out the icon shown in the tooltip for disabled roles.
