Fixed

• Broadcast is now skipped for characters not in the guild, preventing cross-account data pollution in shared SavedVariables.
• Gossip relay entries are filtered against a guild roster cache, so only known guild members can be written into guildProgression.
• guildProgression entries in eligible/pending state older than 7 days are automatically pruged on each broadcast cycle.

Added

• Administration panel now displays the last-seen sync date alongside the declaration date for each entry.
• Individual [x] purge button on each eligible/pending row — removes the entry from guildProgression after confirmation and refreshes the list immediately.
