Konfer Suicide Kings (KSK) for Classic TBC

Pretty substantial internal changes, mostly related to intra-addon communication, which is now always compressed. This will help mitigate the "fake addon message" error but sadly it cannot eliminate it completely. However during testing I no longer encountered that warning.

When syncing with co-admins, now correctly ignore immediate messages from other admins if the checksums between two parties are not identical. This is how it was always meant to be but the required check was missing, thus allowing, in certain very special circumstances, for two admins to tread on each others toes. Hopefully that is now fixed.

INSTALLING THIS UPDATE WILL REMOVE ALL EXISTING CO-ADMINS! THEY WILL NEED TO BE CREATED AGAIN. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ADMINS ARE SYNCED BEFORE UPGRADIMNG! When adding admins back do them one at a time and wait 30 seconds between each broadcast.

Due to the substantial changes in this release I will be extra-available to fix any problems that may crop up but I have done my best to test everything. However, it is almost impossible to cover all corner cases and the interesting ways in which users use the mod.
